In his book Spiritual Leadership, J. Oswald Sanders defined leadership very simply. He said, “Leadership is influence.” If you are a Christian woman, you are called to influence others.

Jesus teaches we are to lead by serving. Servanthood is leadership. Whatever your spiritual gifts, talents, and natural abilities, you are meant to use them to influence others – with a servant’s heart.
